What We Do
Kivari helps TikTok LIVE creators grow. Our services may include growth plans, feedback on your streams, coaching from a creator manager, and access to our creator community.
Free to Creators
Our services are free for creators. We do not charge fees, and we do not take a cut of your earnings. Kivari is paid by TikTok through its creator programs, not by you.
Our Relationship With TikTok
Kivari is an independent company. We work with TikTok through its creator programs, but we are not owned or run by TikTok. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. If TikTok's terms and these Terms conflict on a TikTok matter, TikTok's terms control.
Joining and Leaving
Who Can Join
Anyone who wants to go LIVE on TikTok may apply to join Kivari, whether you want to earn seriously or stream for fun. You must meet TikTok's age and eligibility rules. We may accept or decline any application.
Creator Agreement
When you join, you agree to these Terms and any creator agreement we provide. Joining is free and does not require you to stream a set amount.
Leaving Kivari
You can leave Kivari. Under TikTok's creator program rules, you may leave right away within your first 14 days. After that, TikTok's 30-day notice period applies. When we can, we will release you sooner. To leave, contact your creator manager or email us.
Bonuses and Earnings
Bonuses and Rewards
Kivari may offer bonuses, rewards, or other perks on top of your TikTok earnings. These programs, their rules, and who qualifies are set by Kivari. We may change or end them at any time.
No Guaranteed Results
We work hard to help you grow, but we cannot promise any result. This includes followers, views, gifts, earnings, or bonus amounts. Your TikTok earnings are paid by TikTok under its own terms.
Content, Privacy, and Confidentiality
Your Content
You own the content you make, including your streams and videos. We will not use content you made in our marketing without your permission.
Your Name and Footage
By joining Kivari, you allow us to use your name, TikTok handle, and any photos or footage that Kivari takes of you in our marketing. For example, we may feature creators who do well on our website or social media. If you do not want us to use these, email us and we will stop using them in new marketing.
Our Materials
Kivari owns our website, brand, guides, training, and other materials. You may use them for your own creator growth while you work with us. You may not copy, sell, or share them without our written permission.
Privacy
We collect information you give us, such as your name, email, and TikTok handle, to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Confidentiality
You and Kivari agree to keep private any non-public information shared in confidence. This includes bonus details, internal strategies, and personal information about other creators.
Job Applications
If you apply to work with Kivari through our Careers page, you agree that the information you send is true. This includes any video or links you share. We use your application only to review you for a role. Applying does not guarantee an offer. Any role is governed by a separate written agreement.
Liability and General Terms
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kivari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes lost earnings, lost followers, or account actions taken by TikTok.
Ending Our Services
We may stop providing services to anyone who breaks these Terms, breaks TikTok's rules, or treats our team or other creators badly. Sections on content, confidentiality, and liability still apply after you leave.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new Terms.
Severability
